Fraudulent charges

I've never been a person of Direct TV. Yet in I helped a buddy by utilizing my charge card to cover his Immediate TV statement to get a month or two pending his impairment acceptance. We named Direct TV and had them eliminate my card and put his card about the consideration.

Annually later, July 18, I'm charged $638.00 on my charge card by Direct TV. I named them to truly have the costs eliminated. They proceeded to inform me that since I'd initially employed my charge card that I'd required myself to pay for any costs that my buddy didn't spend on his consideration, which I had been caught using the statement. Apparently these details was told me which is really a rest. I truly never authorized this type of agreement.

I had been ready to persuade my lender to opposite costs. I believed anything was looked after till 3 months later, October 18, after I unearthed that the change have been terminated which the costs were removed from my bill again. I named my lender plus they explained that I'd need to consider the problem up with Direct TV.

Is Not it interesting that customers have this type of challenging time obtaining justice when coping with such horrible businesses like Direct TV.
