I recently became aware that somebody had utalized my charge card to be always a person in and purchase DVD from Columbia House DVD Club.

RE: Membership #50567782078. I'm confirming this as fraud. Permitting my charge card organization not to take further exercise for services or products from Columbia House DVD Club. Additionally calling the Authorized Office for suitable motion within this respect. Any more unauthorized exercise permitted with this consideration is likely to be regarded equally willful neglance and accompliance in fraud.
