Unexplained charges of $9.00/ month against a credit card began after joining the Columbia House DVD club. They are the only organization that had this C.C.information on file.

Upon calling the toll free number, our member record could not be located until we found an old email generated in conjunction with Columbia House DVD club. This email contained an account reference number with was used to locate our records.

The representative has committed to refunding all charges.

Based on the represenatives reaction and responses... This happens alot.
