Continuous unresolved problems

New support mounted with numerous issues and follow-UPS in April. The wire continues to be installing over the top garden, they guaranteed it'd be hidden "quickly". Many calls later, and many "no-show" visits later, it's nearly July with no motion. Each time I contact (and understand their extremely unfavorable phone program) I get informed it was about the routine and "somebody" eliminated it. After that it gets rescheduled, with no display, after which another phone claims it had been taken off the routine, etc, etc.

I had been informed to not make use of this organization and today I understand why. When there is a collision from somebody stumbling within the wire or even the garden people reducing it, Constitution will need to reply due to their neglect.
