Awful company

Pity on Direct TV. After many years to do business with Strong TV and a large number of bucks in costs for advanced support, tivois etc; I made preparations to move to UT Knowing I'd just maintain a rental home for 6 to 12 weeks before getting a permanent home; Direct TV explained they'd hold my bill till I informed them. I had been delivered a $135 credit on funds made, that we never obtained. I named them to tell them I had been shifting and had never obtained containers to deliver the devices back and required a pick up of the containers and HD tivois.

I had been informed easily didn't transfer them to UT and keep their support; I'd be billed over $300 bucks for splitting my agreement early? It was an overall total misunderstanding of what I'd been informed after I moved their support to the new house in colleyville from the prior home in Colleyville where I'd their support since their beginning. After viewing all of the poor evaluations on Rip-Off reviews; I observe this can be a regular training. Avoid these men. They deceive and really lie. A dreadful method to conduct business. Pity on Direct TV for poor misleading business methods.
