Quoted Price With Free HD Receivers and Internet Never Honored

About 2 months ago I called Direct TV after getting the phone number online. I had a very specific need and currently had an HD cable provider, but I did not have the local channels. I was given a very reasonable price for the package I wanted, which included 2 HD receivers free and internet service.

Once it was installed, I did not have any of the packages I wanted, and I also found out they did not offer internet, and I did not get the local channels.

Also, Direct TV would not honor the price that I got on the phone. They said I had no choice, that I had signed up on a 2 year contract even though I never signed anything. Everything Direct TV said was a lie, and I would suggest no one sign up for their service.

And here is the topper: I called 2 weeks in advance to set up moving my service to my new house. My wife took off work because the hours they gave us were 12 to 4, and now they say the work order did not get put in, so we are screwed.
