Lies and bad service

Year-ago i moved to palmdale, ca i attempted to swtich my support towards the new handle and that I contact the organization to alter it and also to possess a new strategy fresh chanels but in those days I had been informed easily obtain the dvr they'll provide a reward they never provide nothing then i named to stop the support but I came across that I had been i a deal and that I never was imformed about this, then 2 weeks later a named to alter the chanels to include more but I had been billed significantly more than i expected. Moth previously the dvr broke down it simply display a dark block about the television, i named they explained they'll change it out without any price at-all they never mencioned delivery or handling;today they getting me that quantity and 2 more recivers since the thecnician never diconnect the aged dvr, i called again and also the only thing-they keep showing is everyboy needs to pay delivery but iwas never tlod that. So while you can easily see they provide just particular data;just exactly what the costumer wish to notice from their store, plus they lay concerning the support and also the costs they never gave. I prefer to stop this consideration but gues I've to pay for fee. And please do somthing thanks. Lidia
