Preschool Shows?

What genius is deciding the TV schedules for all the kids channels these days??? I am extremely disappointed in the TV schedule on Disney AND Nick Jr. I have two toddlers at home, and they don't need to be watching Zack and Cody and Hannah Montana. These shows are too old for them. I am extremely upset with the lack of small children's shows in the morning. Save the older kids' shows for when the get home from school in the afternoon!!!
