What happened for programming for toddlers on disney - Disney Childrens Programming

My son enjoys watching, playhouse disney, it upset him and me when I turned disney channel on at the usual time to watch Special Agent OSO, Jungle Junction and Chuggington, only to see they were replaces by shows geared to teenagers and tweens! Thought that was what Disney xd was for. What my three year old should be exposed to shows about relationships of teenagers? What happened to preschool programing? Disney put those shows on too early, my toddler sleeps in until 9am, please return the preschool/toddler programs at a decent hour-not all toddlers get up at 4 am! And my son and 5 yrs daughter are NOT TWEENS OR TEENAGERS, just because some kids are on winter break already toddlers should not lose their programing!
