Extra Minutes Added at Store Extended Contract Another Year

Please don't fall into the same trap as I did from Verizon cell phone about 2 years ago I got a 2 year contract for 129.00 monthly never was my bill under 250.00 always something then they advertise add a phone for 10.00 so I go and add the phone in a verizon phone center they ask me if I need more minutes I said yes now my 2 years are up and I called verizon to end my contract and get my $400.00 depo. And they tell me you added minutes so its another year I said why did nobody at your store tell me well we don't have to tell you we send it in the mail but once you added the minutes there is nothing you can do any way what a shame that Verizon should have to come to this by misleading their customers shame on you Verizon
