16 days before I requested a DVD. I observed an extreme delivery charge ($19 to get a 3 oz item). I posted a contact requesting a reason of the crazy cost.organization includes a "promise" of answering emails within 24-48 hours. Up to now, I've not obtained my item or perhaps a reaction to my mail. More, I visited the website to locate a telephone # and so I might contact the organization immediately. No telephone # available. No real surprise there. Smells just like a fraud.
