Do not use DVD Donkey!

Don't use DVD DONKEY they're an enormous rip-off!!! I bought a tough to locate selection through them for my dad that we expedited to ensure that he'd obtain it by Holiday. To my chagrine it was never delivered. Not just did they cost my charge card however they didn't react to some of my efforts at calling them, whether by email or telephone. The actual kicker is I named immediately after I created the purchase when I discovered the merchandise elsewhere (cheaper) and talked having a lady on LIVE-CHAT who assured me my purchase was terminated which my card wouldn't be billed. PLEASE DON'T USE DVD DONKEY they'll ask you for and not deliver the merchandise!
