Money paid - no product received!

On December 4th I requested the entire sequence "Providence" on DVD from DVD Donkey. On December 5th my charge card was charged the whole quantity with a business named DVDSHOP.By however, I've not obtained my item and maintain receiving emails stating my charge card hasn't been billed and also the item is backordered. I've a sense I'll never see my item.
