No merchandise, credit card charged, unable to contact anyone via email or phone, web-site seems to have disappeared

Positioned an order in nov, hadn't obtained evidence until jan. Spoken with a few one that stated bundle was submitted early dec, provided following range, no bundle in program.

Obtained confirmation of purchase and cargo in late december/early january, provided same following range, nevertheless not in program. Charge card billed, no product and am not able to achieve anyone.

? Fraud!!!
