Card charged, no merchandise received!

I requested some DVD's Christmas night. Our charge card was billed for a lot more than the total amount outlined and that I haven't gotten any product. I came across this website when attempting to find my purchase. I applied their live web-chat and was handed an order quantity along with a following range and informed to visit a Canadian postal website. I did so that and also the postal website claims no such following number exists. I expected to get a reimbursement plus they declined as allegedly the merchandise was already delivered.individual I spoke to was called Steff. I expected to get a boss and was informed he was about the holiday holiday.
