Paid items never shipped/arrived!

I put an get through DVD Donkey on October 13,07. They suggest that products is likely to be delivered within 2-4 months and they might deliver mean email verification of my purchase. Fortunately I published my bill from their site at that time of purchasing bc I never obtained a message verification. Next, I had been cited: $199.99 to get a DVD box-set $31.99 delivery = $231.18. Our charge card was billed $238.32 3 nights later - that is $7 a lot of! Lastly after a month of awaiting my what to appear I tried contacting their 1877# for solutions - but each time I Have waited on-hold as well as in the finish get just an answering machine. I tried giving them an individual email and got no reaction. I tried giving them a message from their "Contact Us" site (which incidentally masses incorrect so you cannot quickly deliver them a note... Chance... I dont believe so) and got no response. I also tried calling them through their 24hr online chat assistance - and also the lady Betty with whom I talked was of no aid whatsoever! I'm likely to document a using the online Better Business Bureau www.bbbonline.org and anyone else that has had issues with the corporation must do exactly the same!
