Terrible customer treatment!

I've been using Blockbuster Online going back 9approximately weeks. The shipping continues to be sluggish, approximating 3-4 business for me personally to obtain the film. However it didn't actually bother me, once we were upgrading our home and didn't have just as much free time to look at the films. While Complete Entry began, I begun to return the films towards the nearby Hit, therefore my kids could easily get immediate satisfaction through their children's films and we'd watch for our films through email. It appeared the delivery was actually slower whenever we delivered it towards the shop. After numerous grievances, they stated they ultimately set up their methods to become associated with local Blockbusters, however it nevertheless didn't resolve my issue. Throughout the next 8 weeks, they delivered me two scratched-up and damaged DVDs, and so I again delivered feedback and requested to re-deliver. They sent a incorrect DVD and that I again sent notice, requesting the best film to be delivered. A couple of days before, I acquired a contact stating, we "observed a significant number of DVD customer support problems documented in your account" and so we shall hold it while we evaluate your account. I delivered a criticism stating, "cheers for that method you handle your visitors who offer you feedback to permit for greater support" after which they ended my bill! Exactly what does that let you know about their support?!
