A tech came to instal my equiment today because I got a new account. My husbands phone was in the room. When my husband came home he sees that his phone is gone and we could not find it anywhere. The tech stole the phone and on top of that my internet was not working on the first day. Time warner's service is horriable and they need start hiring better people.
