Registered for service online and scheduled an appointment on 9/6. The earliest appointment available is 9/17. They call today 9/16 to tell me that they can't make it as they are having problems with confirming the location. WTF? I took time off of work for this... The next earliest appointment is 9/23, and now more time off of work!!! Not even a customer yet and it sucks!!!
