Every few months Time Warner sneaks in extra charges on my cable bill. This month the bill went from $119.52 to $141.31. The extra charges were Hdxtra and The Jewish Channel. We are not Jewish and the only person in this household is my 86 year old mother and myself. No one ordered these channels and when I called customer service they just give me a line of horse shit saying that someone must have hit the remote ordering these services but they would not remove the charges. I'm getting a bit tired of this recurring scenario. This is an ongoing trademark of Time Warner to raise extra money and I've had enough.
