Felt overcharged for added devices for security system - asked for explanation - was never given any - was granted a credit with no real explanation of the original charge - impossible to contact telephonically - did contact 6 times via internet chat - each conversation led to apolgogy - promise of follow up - never really done - and then within 2 days of given a token credit began getting threatening calls and letters for the past due amount - and this after 20 years of never being late on a single bill. Worse experience with a company in my 70 years.
