I think it is very unfair that Time Warner Cable can just end a contract without any notice. There is a 3 day period from the day I get the bill and they want payment, otherwise there are late fees. When I asked what per centage was applied I was asked "Do you want the service or not" I got no explanation at all for the increase, except this is a new contract. They never sent me anything to sign. I would like your comments. I will now look for another cable company but I think they are all crooks.
