This company is the worse

This cable company is a joke. They scheduled an appointment for me between 2-4 pm and it's 5 rite now. What is the worse part of this ordeal is that they didn't even call me to tell me they were gonna be late. The customer satisfaction and consideration went rite out the window. If this was Cablevision or verison this would have never happened they are allways on time. I give this company an F for effort.
