Told HD Receiver Was Enough, Then Needed an Upgrade for HD Programming

On fixed income, bought a new HD tv dish rep said, we can get a HD receiver, installer came out today, great install, now we only have local channels on the Tv, they want us to upgrade to get all HDTV programing, I was not told about this by the sales person they told me the upgrade to add HDTV would only be $ 7,00 more a month and I needed to sign up for 2 more years, sure I can do that! Guess what, we need to sign up for a different package to get all HDTV channels They didn't tell me that! Called dish said the could knock off 15 bucks for 6 months, I said NO! They did not tell me I needed a upgrade to get HDTV! What a shady way to do business! Sorry sire that's all we can do
