Great sales guy, idiot installer - BrightHouse internet

We decided to get internet and home phone through brighthouse. The salesman was super nice and explained everything, however the next day when the installer came to hook it up. It was a different story. For one, he smelled like an ashtray. My kids even complained that the living area smelled like a cigarette. He then told me i wasnt getting wifi, which is the whole reason i was getting internet to begin with. The salesman even explained to me the different hotspots i could get. So with an attitude he finally says, well i can do it but you will have to pay extra. Ok fine i knew this. Then he asked where the jack was, i told him behind the couch. He just stood there and had me move my couch as im holding my daughter. He is still here in the backyard doing whatever it is he does. And i cant wait for him to justleave. Brighthouse, you need better installers.
