I was charged for a over a year for a box I did not even have when I upgraded to a dvr they did not cancel my old box I was stilled getting charged for it and they say it is my fault because I did not look at the bill if I am going to pay the bill for not looking at it correctly then they should suffer consequences for not disconnecting my old box.
