Cable, internet, phone service out for two weeks

Our service has been out for two weeks. I have called several times and been on hold for up to 26 minutes several times to be disconnected. I have been told a supervisor would call me back within the hour, with my call never returned. Today I waited from 8:00 am
To 8:00 pm for service and no one showed up. I called and they assured someone would be here by 10:00 pm. No one showed up. I called again and supposedly have an appointment for tomor. Row. I would cancel my service if there was another option iin our area
