Dear sir/madam

I had a business service installed on dec 8th. At time of purchase at NO point was i advised nor informed of my macafee services.

At no point did the installation team advise me to change name or password of network.

From Dec 16th the security on router was disabled 3 times. I called level 3 tech to have it re-instated each time. Only to be told that this wouldnt ensure security.

Long story short. I was subjected to x 4 hacking incidents which has left my business blacklisted, fraudulent and in tatters.

My equipment and siftware hijacked and destroyed. I recently requested a subpoena, only to be told that they do not collect information for my router, therefore no records exist of malicious and criminal damage.

I am repeatedly hounded to pay a bill for this service. They are obstructive and unhelpful!

I am desperate and im reaching out for any form of advise.

I look forward to hearing from you. (i have several police reports and computer logs that clearly show unauthorized access).
