5 phone calls and 1 technician visit later I STILL have internet in one room only! Tech guy put a new router in yesterday and today the connectivity is worse! I called and told the lady that I did not want to troubleshoot anymore, that I needed a tech. Person to come out to the house. She had very poor English and was extremely difficult to understand. To make a long story short, I was transferred to 4 different people and was on my cell phone for approximately and hour and a half. With the last person, I had to demand she set up an appt. For me to have a tech. Come out! They consistently put you off and ask the same questions over and over and over! I am very computer-literate yet they continually asked me to just reboot the router even though I told them I'd done this numerous times and that was not the issue. I am so disgusted with TWC that I am now looking for another internet provider.
