Deceptive sales practices ripoff

I've had this system installed 5/27/07 and have nothing but problems. From the initial installation that took literally 12 hours to the constant drop of the signal. The signal gets lost if it's cloudy, raining, wind blowing, or even bright and sunny. Tech support's hold time is a minimun of 1 1/2 hours. I called so many times trying to get a solution and have been given the run around from day one.

Originally it was a router problem (2nd one - brand new installed by the installation team), then that my computer has AOL on it (wild blue will not work properly with in on the computer), now it's because wildblue cannot work on a wireless system.

They could care less if you want to cancel, as I was advised three times - I signed a contract and will still have to pay for the year and won't get a refund for the dish. Tech support says that their sales team would have told me up front that it doesn't work on computers older than 2 months, that have had AOL installed, use a router or are wireless.

Last night I called for new sales (to get names and clarify what tech support said about them telling me about the conflicts) three different times and asked the same questions - AOL, wireless and weather conditions. All three sales people advised that they never had a problem with AOL, my package allows a network of up to 5 computers, and the system will only lose the signal in extreme weather conditions.

I do not feel that I should have to pay for the complete year or even for the satelitte dish as they are using deceptive sales practices. If I was told up front (or even now) by the sales team of the conflicts with the system, I would never have bought it. This is the worse company out there. I can't believe they are allowed to get away with it. My dial up worked better and that is not saying much.
