Being ripped off!

We asked Dish to put our service on Vacation, this is why I am here now making a complaint. My husband is a truck driver and in this particular case I decided to go with him on the truck, for approximately 2 months. And when I got back home, I found my satellite bill, saying I owe them 174 dollars. And they must be crazy if they think I am going to pay that amount. And so when we contacted them they told us, we can't find that you requested us to put your service on vacation, TO COVER THEIR BUTTS, is why we were told that. And if they want to go there and claim that, I was listening on another phone in our house and I also heard that conversation. I will pay the amount it would have cost us for putting it on vacation, which they told us, would be 5 dollars for 6 months, we were only gone for 2 months. They are holding my service hostage for 174 dollars, they aren't getting from me. So I suggest they turn my service back on, or I will be suing them.
