Disconnected my phone service for non payment after ttheir employee miskeyed my account number and then talked to me like I wa in the wrong for their mistake talked to atleast 10 different customer service reps who were all very rude and took 2 days and cost 100 more than original bill to reconnect service that was disconnected due to their mistake not mine
