What is up with 919-529-2090 that you as this company wants to continue this year to disconnect this household. Just in the month of feb. There wasw two disconnections on your behalf for a payment agreement made to subtract from debit card an instead of subtracting on the 1st as requested you subtracted on the 2nd. Money had to be borrowed to pay. Now today 3/8 someone calls to disconnect again. One check per month only on the 3rd of each month. Retired. Payment over the last 4 years have been paid why now do you do this to this household?
