For months now, we have been told oh, everyone is having trouble with the internet by service people. What is being done about it. We have service maybe a couple of hours in a day — we are currently looking for other providers because we are paying for services not rendered. I believe they are holding many customers hostage just because we don't know where to turn. Maybe the New Mexico PRC should look into this bad service.
