Lied to again

It is Feb 28th. Again my internet is not fixed. I have been going round and round with this co. For over 2 yrs. I have contacted the FCC and the Attorney General of Tx and Ak. I have been promised time and again that it will be fixed by a date. Well today is that date and still is not fixed! I am supposed to be getting 12 mgbs I am lucky to get 1-2mgbs. Most of the time less than that for more than 3/4 of the day. There has to be someone that can make this co do what they promise.
