Time Warner Cable Business Class refusal to adjust service - Internet Service

As a struggling business owner I wanted to reduce the bandwidth I get from Time Warner to help save some finances so I could continue to make payroll. When I first signed a 3 year contract I was verbally told that I would not have a problem adjusting my service as long as it wasn't discontinued completely. However, they now claim that as of 1 month ago they cannot adjust service downward and I would still be charged the total contract rate regardless of my ability to pay it. Time Warner Business class doesn't care about struggling businesses!!! So I am sure my employees who wont be getting paid this month will be thankful that they have 12MB download speeds instead of 10MB. BAD move Time Warner... Wish I had stayed with AT&T
