Phone Outage Right After Switching to U-verse Voice

I just recently switched u-verse phone service over from att analog phone service. Already a phone outage how ridiculous is this. Att a 100 year old plus company how pathetic is your service. You are an obsolete dinosaur of a company. I want my old phone service back. Very pathetic. Very bad customer service I am getting nowhere, with their customer service.
