I made this account just warn you about BrightHouse, HORRIBLE SERVICE - Shit Internet

I've been struggling with BH internet services for 2 months. They have horrible internet service. I've spent hours on the phone trying to figure out why my internet drops in and out of connectivity. After waiting two hours to speak to a competent representative who doesn't ask me to unplug/plug my router back in (really guys, it isn't a miracle cure) I was told I could not proceed any further with the process since my roommate was the primary on the account. No one warned me that I would be denied access to high level help after I had gone through the multitude of different help desk ranks and spent hours on hold. The router my roommate chose to rent from the company is a POS to put it politely. After doing some independent research I found that BH recycles their routers/modems and that they are notorious for breaking down. So not only am I paying to much for BH internet service, not getting a consistent internet connection. And not actually receiving help from an representatives, but I am also paying for shit hardware.

Washing my hands of these guys next month. 1/10 would not recommend.
