Rip off

I normally do not complain unless something is so horrible that I simply cannot stand the service I received. The people who came into my apartment to set up my internet were really nice. However, when it came down to the actual service that Brighthouse supplies, it was absolutely atrocious. Just this last month, i'm paying 60 bucks for less than 10 Mbps. That's utterly ridiculous. I'm scared to even ask for faster internet, I might have to pay more than a 100 dollars to even get close to the kind of service I could get from xfinity. Now, if you have lots of money and rarely use the internet then this internet provider is for you. Not for me.
