Deceptive transfer to 3rd party vendor leads to unnecessary equipment purchase

We named the Comcast/Xfinity primary quantity to include online sites to the consideration. We were used in the installment division, where we made a decision to hire our device from Comcast for $7 monthly. Subsequently, the installment division stated they had a need to move us to a different quantity to find out more. This third-person, who talked having a large feature, stated that people required still another device and wireless modem. He requested for the charge card info to get a "deposit" that people might return later. We offered him the charge card info. Many times later, we obtained both Comcast rental modem and another container from the business named Saveology. The Saveology container included a totally pointless cable computer and wireless modem. We named Comcast, who stated they would not move us to some 3rd party merchant and disclaimed any obligation for all of US getting this unnecessary gear. We're along the way of processing a problem with Comcast.
