I have usually settled my Comcast statement on line without any issue, before last 8 weeks. I settled December's statement by having an e check. Comcast stated it had been delivered for low-sufficient resources. This really is completely false— the financial institution doesn't have report of the deal. I've zero (0) NSFs for the whole year with my lender. Comcast charged me $25.00. I settled through their telephone support after which they billed my $6.00 for that. Dec was the exact same issue. I still haven't compensated the $25.00 for Dec. I delivered a document check for them on January 2, and on January 8, it had been nevertheless not published or any report of it being obtained. It takes only 3 times to get a check to make the journey to Southeastern PA. They explained it's not going to be published until January 12th or even the 16th. Today, I Will have another late fee. I'd like many of these additional costs cleaned from my bill. I am so discouraged with this particular organization. They've a monopoly within our city also.
