Horrible internet along with the Hopper being a rage inducing piece of crap

Alright so my family has been having Dish for a few months now. We had to move out in the middle of no where so our only choice was Dish for everything, internet, tv, etc. The phone was the only thing we could get with someone else. Alright so before buying we was told that the Satalite internet was going to be 100mbps along with 10g date limit a month. 100mpbs was more than ok and 10g is good too. This cost us around $69.99, they also said there would be a free router to go with it. That sounded really nice, so I was pumped just for the internet. The Hopper we got was "free" so that was an added bonus, or so we thought. After we move we wait a few days then they come out.

So the man makes it out there and starts his thing. About 3 hours later he says everything is ok. But it isn't ok, the internet isn't working. So this takes another hour for the man's supervisor, manager, whatever they are called, to come out and help him. After that is all said and done he checks the internet with his iPhone and says it is all good. I go check on my computer, to my dismay the internet is running slow as f*k. I tell the man and he says it will take it some time to speed up. I nod not really liking that answer he gave me as if I was stupid. So 5 months or so later the internet is still slow, constantly cuts out, ON a clear day. Half the time I can get google to even load let alone anything else. I check the speed the max I got was Download, 0.51 Mbps Upload, 0.20 Mbps Ping, 816ms. That is the BEST I got in 5-6 months. I have tried to call customer service about this many many MANY times but every time it takes about an hour for someone to pick up and when they do they instantly hang up. Where the hell is the internet I was promised and pay for?!

Also the Hopper, if you get one get 2 or 3.1 Hopper will only really work well for 2 people. There are 3 free spots you can watch tv on. 1, depending on your family, will be recording a show, the other two will be for you to watch tv on. If everyone watches something different 1 person isn't gonna have a choice in the matter and will have to watch what another person is watching. Now if more than 3 shows are recording, then your screwed. Maybe because I don't record things because I like to watch them the moment they are aired, but I really hate the Hopper. I hate how I will be watching a show I really like and have to give up the good part because a rerun of Bones started, AND good luck stopping that, but I for the life of me can't. I don't even watch TV anymore I stick to the what little internet I do have.

I hate Dish so much. So very very much. If you can, don't get it. Also about that free router, the guy didn't know they did that and the lady that came out to help us gave us a little cheap router that we later had to trash and use the one we bough from comcast a long time ago.
