Direct tv full of it!

I had comcast, but one day while shopping in walmart i was approached by a direct tv rep, named mitchell (2146803267) is his phone number. He told me to contact him with any concerns an i did but he never returned any of my calls. So there i ended up contacting customer services myself. The reason i switched to direct tv was to save on my cable bill, but a this proved to be untrue. Every since i switched its been one problem after another. I dont know if your reps are just poorly trained or just enjoy lying, but to me it seems like a big lying scam. I've spoke to many of you reps over the phone an none of them seem to know whats going on. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICES!!! Wish i would have stayed with COMCAST.
