Have 2 homes and spend over $350 a month with Time Warner. Started when I wanted to exchange DVD HD box for one without DVD. Shipped to my house and sent wrong one. Had to go to office and exchange. Now it comes up not authorized. Waited 28 minutes for help to know avail. After 1 hour and can't get tech to house for 3 days. At other house DVD quit had to exchange box. Couldn't give me upgrade box because they said in Newport NC. They only got the old equipment. Every time I call have to wait over 30 minutes and then have to spend another 30 minutes rebooting which does nothing. The worst customer service I've ever experienced
