TV broken by software update

Firmware update is declining for six months right to date. As a result of this, Wise Main (including Netflix/Hulu/facebook) is unavailable. Pointed has provided no answer that works. This appears to be a problem FOR EACH operator of the design Television.

- Firmware update fails at 67% when doing community download

- Hardware update likewise fails by packing to 35% then declaring success. Television restarts however the edition stays at 305U1209261

- Hitting "Wise Main" switch on distant results the next error message: "This function isn't accessible as a result of software update failure. Please retry the program update."

Pointed techsupport suggests a tough reset (obviously) which wipes all configurations and doesn't repair the problem. Six weeks-so much without any answer.
