Terrible company

Since many of those additional evaluations condition, Webwatcher works for roughly per week or two before a virus software update wipes out its abilty to report information. I've actually bought the automated update support to get a complete price of around $140. This doesn't support. You'd need to access the pc every couple months to try and execute an update, as well as that may not function, because it didnt for just two notebooks I had been checking. Customer Support is just a laugh. They merely recommend re installation of the program which fails both. Subsequently, then recommend purchasing a new edition for $100, which is only going to work with 3-5 times prior to the same task happens again. DON'T PURCHASE the program. No refunds, no support, no data tracking! Horrible!
