Show Discussing Puberty and Sex Inappropriate for Young Children

Honestly, Disney has gotten so inappropriate... Today my kids (9 and 5) were watching "Jessie" and the things that they talk about on that show should not even be on T.V... There talking about things like puberty, private parts and sex. Do our kids really need to learn this at 4-10?
