You people are a joke, my bill was not due until the 19th and you tok it out of my account already, i called and got no where with you people you told me if some1 pays with a debit card you take the money 10 -12 days early, funny thing i am set up with a credit card not a debit card, you people like to rip off the little people, just because you are a big company and can get away with it, i find it unfair, you made my account bounce because you took your money to dam early, and trying to get help when calling is nothing but hell, you keep saying different things 1st i am told you dont do that if someones uses a credit or checking account then try to tell me my card is not a credit card well i should know what my card is, it's a credit card not a debit card, when i signed up i was told my package would be 39.99 a month and 3 months later it jumps to 61.00 time warner dont do that stuff to their customers, i regret ordering direct tv, i should of stuck with time warner cable..
