Ripoff debited $59.95 from ck acct never replied to certified letter

On 5/10/04 I had sent in my cancellation letter which was in the time allowed. As I was told, but of course on 5/20/04 they had taken out $59.95 from my checking acct.

On 5/21/04 I sent a letter to request a refund with all necessary items needed again as I was told to do on the phone. Once again saying that if there was anything else needed to email me, but no response.

Never receiving my money back I sent a certified letter on 8/09/04 which was received and signed for by Jennifer Love on 8/16/04. Still no response.

What do I do now?
