Guardian Marketing Capital
RIPOFF Deducted $59.95 from my bank acct, but never received the pamphlet I was promised. Notified my bank and they filed a report. Money to be back in acct. Within 7 days

Traveling & Tourism

Guardian Marketing Capital called my home and offered me $400.00 in Airline Tickets if I would view their travel program. The representative told me I would receive a pamphlet within 7-10 days. If I cancelled before 14 days there would be no charges to my bank account, but the airline tickets were mine to keep whether I cancelled or not.

Well, the pamphlet never came for my viewing. However, a $59.95 charge was deducted from my bank account. I reported this to a banker at my bank and let him know of the situation.

My banker filled out a report and assured me the $59.95 would be back into my account within 7 days. Luckily, I caught it right away. Hopefully, the banker is correct and there will not be any future deductions. I've learned a valuable lesson about giving out pertinent information like that over the phone - NEVER AGAIN!
